Ms Ann taught both of my children in preschool. To this day she’s their favorite teacher. Her approach to learning gave them a great foundation for grade school. They read at the top of their class and their love for reading started with her. She even brought in new programs for the kids to help them learn about other things, like eating the right foods. Don’t let her friendly nature fool you, those kids are well behaved and ready to take on the world. Thank Ms Ann for being a teacher my kids will remember forever!

My boys have worked with Miss Ann since they 1 and 4 years old (since 2014)! First, she was their preschool teacher, then their babysitter, and then their nanny for a period of time. My boys ADORED Miss Ann, she taught them so many things and had an endless supply of fun ideas. In preschool, I always felt confident that the boys were engaged and well cared for. During her nannying and babysitting days with us, the boys would look forward to her visits. She was always thoughtful and knew what kinds of activities would get them excited. Now that she's moved away we miss her here dearly! But hopefully she'll come visit us in sunny California. :)

She is warm, nurturing, and goes above and beyond simply looking after our son; for years, both at home and on the road, she has provided an enriching experience, always knowing what to say and do to engage him while bringing out his best. We had the pleasure of having Miss Ann as our daughter’s pre-school teacher; and my daughter absolutely loved her. Miss Ann is so patient and interactive with her students. I can still see my daughters face light up at drop-off when she saw Miss Ann on the playground. It’s an amazing feeling as a parent knowing your child feels nurtured and celebrated by their teacher; and Miss Ann was easily my daughters favorite teacher. Miss Ann has a gift with children and she is the perfect choice for your child early education—You won’t regret enrolling your child under her care, she’s truly the best!

Ms. Ann had the difficult job of welcoming my three year old son back to school after a long hiatus once it re-opened during the pandemic. She managed to create both a safe and warm environment, while also re-creating the social and academic structure he desperately missed. Because we couldn't meet in person, Ms. Ann called me weekly to chat about my son and his progress, and continually gave him me helpful advice for tools to use at home to continue his growth. He misses her greatly, and she continues to be a topic of conversation in our lives.

Miss Ann was a wonderful teacher to my daughter. I hired her especially to do private sessions in my home. She is an Amazing teacher, caregiver, and motivator. Her kindness and creativity are beyond what you would expect. I often would suggest to her to open up her own preschool. I'm so happy for her, the day has come. Any child and parent will be so lucky to have her!! I would recommend her and hire her again if I could. Thank you for all you do Miss Ann.

Ms. Ann was my 3 year olds teacher in fall 2020, after being out of school for several months due to Covid. It was scary for my son to go back to school after months of being home isolated. Ms. Ann was absolutely amazing in getting my son adjusted, in the swing of the “new norm” and she was brilliant with her teaching methods and technique. To this day, my son asks about Ms. Ann. We were lucky to have her for the short time that we did. You can take a breath of air knowing your child is in good hands.

We are semi new to Royal Oak and feel so lucky to have found Ann for semi regular day time babysitting/nannying and night time babysitting. She goes above and beyond regular sitting duties by initiating art activities and aiding in creative play for my daughter and son. They just love her to bits (and we do too!) and I know her school is going to be well loved in the community!

My daughter has been in Ms. Ann's preschool for almost a year now and as a first time mom I was so nervous about how my (then 13 month old) daughter would do. Turns out it was way harder for me to transition than her!! My daughter LOVES school and ADORES Ms. Ann. She even asks about school, her friends, and Ms. Ann on the weekend! I love Ms. Ann's dedication to a well-rounded curriculum and that the kids spend SO much time outside year-round. Cherry on top- the cute art projects my daughter brings home and we put on the fridge! We are so grateful for all that Ms. Ann provides.

Our daughter has been a part of Ms. Ann's program for almost a year now, and it has been the biggest blessing we could have asked for. We love to see how our daughter has blossomed as a result of the meaningful relationships Ms. Ann has nurtured with her and her peers. Ms. Ann facilitates a variety of creative activities that touch on so many important aspects of child development, and our daughter loves to talk about her day and how much fun she's had with her friends. We're so thankful for how safe and cared for our daughter is in this environment, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Ann's program to any prospective family.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Ms. Ann and her school! My two children began attending Ms. Ann’s school at ages 1 and 3. I could tell based on what was being sent home that she was differentiating her lessons to make them age appropriate for both my kids. My oldest now goes to Catholic school, and her teacher has given multiple compliments on how well my daughter was prepared for school - academically, socially, and with self help skills. (Thanks Ms. Ann!!!) My son still attends and LOVES his time there. She has a really great program - they are always doing something fun and educational. They also spend a lot of time outside. My son is always singing the songs that she has taught them, or telling me about the special activities (themes) she has set up, or about his friends. We are looking forward to when our youngest can start with Ms. Ann!

My son has attended Ms. Ann's Preschool since the day she opened and we have had nothing but a great experience. I was very nervous to send my son to daycare as he had only known being at home since he was born during Covid, but he quickly adapted and genuinely enjoys going to school every day. He talks about Ms. Ann and his friends at home and has started running into her place every morning when we get there. What I personally love about Ms. Ann is that she has a curriculum set up by age group where my son is learning things to prepare him when he goes to school but also having a great time while doing it. He also spends so much time outside which is one of his favorite things to do and allows him to explore and get some of that toddler energy out! As a first-time mom, I was so nervous about him being away from me, but Ms. Ann is amazing about keeping an open line of communication and sends photos almost daily of him at school to keep me updated on his day. I have also reached out a few times wanting to meet with her about various things and she has always been so quick to accommodate and reassure me that he is doing well. We are so happy and thankful that we found Ms. Ann and hope to send all of our future kids to her as well. She is someone who truly loves what she does and it shows daily in her interaction with the kids, the curriculum she has set up and the open communication she has with the parents.

My son started Ms. Ann's as a toddler and is about to age out of the program. We are so sad to sat goodbye!! Ms. Ann provided such a warm, fun, and educational environment! My son's favorite part are rhe themed meals and snacks Ms. Ann makes and the daily outdoor play!! We cannot reccomend Ms. Ann enough. She is always available to chat about anything and feels like part of rhe family 💗
